Sleep is essential for us
Sleeping is a kind of rest that we give to our body. Rest is something very precious to us. We, who are tired after working, definitely need rest. It is what our body demands from us.
Most people in our society do their own work without sleeping, some others sleep all day. Sleeping all day is a cause of fatigue and not sleeping for at least 6 hours is harmful to the body. Eyes also suffer.
Reasons for not sleeping
* Watching TV all day
*Pressing the phone
* Doing official work at an older age
*Imagination
Caused to sleep
* For mental healing
* In case of illness
* In case of boredom
Sleep is necessary for the body, but taking too much of the medicine can be toxic, so let's sleep in moderation.
