Coastline of Sri Lanka
Coastline of Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is an island surrounded by sea. Therefore, the sea belt is Sri Lanka's grant strategy. The coast is all around the island and brings a lot of beauty to the country.
Fishermen and the hotel industry also take advantage of the sea coast. Various people from foreign countries love the Sri Lankan sea coast.
There are many beautiful places along the coast and Sri Lanka also has one natural harbor. It is the port of Trincomalee.
Temples, churches, temples and shrines of all nations have existed near the sea belt around Sri Lanka since the past and they still exist today.
Pulmude beach, where the mineral sand is naturally obtained, is also invaluable to Sri Lanka. The beach is also used to produce salt.
Tourism, which is one of the opportunities for Sri Lanka's economy, is one of the biggest opportunities for foreign people to get income from this beautiful coastline of Sri Lanka.
We knew very well that the natural and creative values of this sea belt have been invaded by Sri Lanka since the past.
Coastal damage also occurs in many ways, by dumping garbage into canals and rivers, thereby polluting seawater, and by dumping garbage on beaches.
We do everything we can to keep beaches clean.
Thank you.🙏
